Chardonnay sparkling Cantine Maschio looks like a light wine, very fruity, with a marked note of apple, simple and versatile. The glorification of such characters is also due to short cold maceration of the grapes before extraction of the must, upheld on fermentation operating at low temperatures. This preserves the natural acidity of the grape, and makes it very easy to drink and fruity wine.
