Sparkling white wine of a straw yellow colour and greenish highlights. The nose has fragrant and fruity hints while in the mouth it is vivid and savoury. Very good with appetizers and fried seafood.

VINIFICATION: The base wine is obtained by the fermentation at low temperature of the must that comes from the soft pressure of the grapes. The refermentation took place into steel tanks at a temperature of 15° C for a period of two months MATURATION: at least 2 months in steel tanks
REFERMENTATION: 2 months in pressurised tank
