Straw yellow Chardonnay, with floral fragrances and fruity hints of banana. In the mouth it is smooth and balanced, great with appetizers and fish-based main courses.

VINIFICATION: After a short maceration and a soft pressing of the grapes, the must ferments at a temperature of 14Â°C in steel tanks. After the refinement on lees for about 3 months the wine is bottled.
