It is Fratelli Branca's ability to treasure a century-old product that reflects the expertise of its makers. Its taste and aroma have remained unchanged thanks to the secret that lies in the oak Great Barrel, where a crucial step of the production takes place: that's where different lots of wines aged for three to ten years are blended. One-third of the blend is then left in the Great Barrel throughout the year, a special technique that has given birth to the unique bouquet of Stravecchio Branca since 1888. Stravecchio is perfect to be served straight, with ice, in a punch or cocktail.
