CHARACTERISTICS The name Prosecco calls to mind the wine well-known all over the world. The aromatic marc obtained from the typical yellow-green grapes of the vine Glera is steam distilled when it is still fresh and vinous. The grappa obtained from it is left to age for 12 months in fire-smoked barrels. This delicate procedure increases the aroma of Barrique that conveys its typical amber color to the distillate as well as a pleasant scent of smoked wood
