CHARACTERISTICS Since the beginning of the millennium we have been classifying our barrels, assigning a number to each one of them and keeping the content. These selections of Amarone grappas aged in small barriques, made of Slavonian and Limousin oaks, are the result of our passionate researchs. Their well-balanced mix is the absolute sythesis of sun, wind and water of different seasons, thus creating a distillate characterized by the amber color.
