Grandi Cru Amarone Barrique comes from the distillation of noble grape varieties from which it originates Amarone, expertly wilted.
Since their arrival in the distillery are treated and stored with Grappasystem®, a system designed by Roberto Castagner thanks
to which it is possible to create a controlled fermentation, obtained with the addition of selected oenological yeasts.
Grappasystem® also ensures the preservation of the marc in an ideal environment, healthy and with the right pH level, inside
in food plastic film tunnels, high pressure and in the absence of oxygen. This is the secret that allows the pomace
keep intact the aromas even for several weeks, in a completely natural.
Distillation
For the distillation of the Grand Cru Amarone Barrique, Roberto Castagner adopted a careful distillation process
in traditional copper stills through which it is possible to extract in a single step the essence of one of the wines
noblest of Italy.
The aging
The refinement in small cherry and oak barrels gives this brandy the amber color and smooth and intense flavor that
characterize.

Grandi Cru Amarone Barrique reveals an aromatic framework of great complexity and harmony: intense references to fragrances
black cherry, ripe fruit and wood blend together in an enveloping grappa, warm, intriguing and fascinating.
Serving tips
Grandi Cru Amarone is an excellent grappa for after the meal, alone or combined with cherry flavored chocolates.
Serve at 15/18 ° C in large glasses.
