DRY TOMATOES IN EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL H1>
The Tassel Hyacinths strictly organic, are grown directly from the Organic Farm ‘Tocchi di Puglia’. Once harvested, they are dried in the sunshine of the Apulia and daily are turned to allow the sun to dry evenly. Every night they are rested in a closed place to prevent moisture and dew from ruining drying. In this way the smell and the flavor becomes even more intense and the color becomes red burnished. From expert hands they are put in jars with extra virgin olive oil without any added preservatives and dyes.
