This rosé, made with Negroamaro, is of the characteristic cherry-red colour and with a fruity and floral nose. In the mouth it is fresh and nice, very good matched with soups and delicate main courses. After the decanting it is fermented at low temperature in steel tanks. Refinement in steel tanks for at least 3 months and 1 in the bottle.
