FIRST ROSEâ WINE EVER BOTTLED IN ITALY
Obtained mainly from Negroamaro grapes, it conquests at first sight with the characteristic crystalline cherry-red colour and enchants with fruity scents of cherry and strawberry. In the mouth it is fresh, smooth and nicely persistent. Suggested with ârisottoâ, boiled meat and dishes based on sea-food and white meat. Very good with âfrisa salentinaâ.

TRAINING SYSTEM: Apulian head training with 7000 vinestocks
VINEYARD AVERAGE AGE: 35 years
HARVEST: first decade of September
YIELD PER HA: 7.5 tonnes
VINIFICATION: The wine-making process foresees a particular maceration of the grapes at temperature of 10° C for 10-12 hours and following extrac-tion of the must flower (max 35%). After the static decantation it sets out the alcoholic fermentation in steel tubs at the temperature of 18-20° C.
MATURATION: at least 1 month in steel tanks
