The Pulp Mutti retains all the freshness of freshly picked tomatoes. It is a unique product because it combines to tomato juice its part pulpy, chopped into very fine pieces. It is the ideal choice in the preparations of fish and for all recipes that require use of the summer raw tomatoes, which resembles the scent, in a slightly herbaceous taste and bright red color. The Pulp Mutti has a higher water content than last and that is why it is also ideal for high temperature cooking (as in the oven), or long cooking.
