Straw yellow Chardonnay, with floral fragrances and fruity hints of banana. In the mouth it is smooth and balanced, great with appetizers and fish-based main courses. GRAPES: Chardonnay (80%); Malvasia Bianca di Lecce (20%) SOIL: clayey- muddy TRAINING SYSTEM: Cordon spur with 5000 vinestocks per ha VINEYARD AVERAGE AGE: 10 years HARVEST: Chardonnay first decade of August; Malvasia Bianca di Lecce first decade of September YIELD PER HA: 9 tonnes VINIFICATION: After a short maceration and a soft pressing of the grapes, the must ferments at a temperature of 14°C in steel tanks. After the refinement on lees for about 3 months the wine is bottled. MATURATION: at least 2 months in steel tanks BOTTLE AGEING: at least 1 month ALCOHOL: 12% BOTTLE SIZE: 750 ml SERVING TEMPERATURE: 8-10 °C
